MILWAUKEE -- Retired NFL quarterback Brett Favre says its unfortunate the way things ended in Green Bay six years ago, but that hes proud of his 16 years with the Packers and has no regrets. Mens Nike Air Max Store . Favre, interviewed on WTMJ-AM on Friday, talked about his departure from Green Bay and recent efforts to soothe any sour feelings. The team has announced the three-time MVP quarterback will be inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame and have his number retired during the 2015 season. Favre said he has no regrets about his football career. "And that goes from Day 1 to the end," he said. Fans know he played as hard as he could, Favre added. "I laid it on the field every time," he said. Favre retired at a tearful news conference in March 2008, only to change his mind and decide later that year that he still wanted to play, setting up an awkward showdown between him and the team he helped resurrect and lead to a Super Bowl title. He was traded to the New York Jets for what would end up being a third-round draft pick and after one year with the Jets, Favre retired a second time, only to join the rival Minnesota Vikings, for whom he played two seasons. In 2010, the Packers beat Favre and the Vikings twice on their way to a Super Bowl title, led by Favres successor, Aaron Rodgers. Favre retired for good following the 2010 season, while Rodgers went on to win the NFL MVP award in 2011. Favre said he has returned to Wisconsin since leaving Green Bay, coming back about two years ago to hunt with two friends in Clintonville, which is about 40 miles west of Green Bay. He said he hunted for eight days, and wasnt recognized when he visited a local laundry. Favre said he wont coach high school football near his home in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, this year in order to watch his youngest daughter play volleyball at the school. And he expects to return to Green Bay with his wife, Deanna, before next season. "I think you will see us more in Green Bay. The ice has been broken," Favre said. Clearance Womens Nike Air Max . The Nevada Athletic Commission voted unanimously in Las Vegas to quit granting therapeutic use exemptions for fighters undergoing the so-called TRT.WETASKIWIN, Alberta – Andrew Ranger has plenty of mastery on road-courses. The two-time champion of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 proved once again he can figure it out on an oval, too. He showed that Friday night as he picked up the win in the Alberta Has Energy 300 in the inaugural event at Edmonton International Raceway. Ranger tied the series all-time record with his 19th career win, and won back-to-back races for the first time since August 2009 following his victory on the road course at Circuit ICAR in Quebec last week. It was also his first oval win since 2009, and fourth overall. "At the beginning of the day we didnt have a really good car, so we improved lap after lap," Ranger said "During the race my car was really fantastic." The race was stretched to 316 laps around the quarter-mile bullring following a late caution that involved early race leader Alex Tagliani, and required Ranger, who took the lead on Lap 269, to hold off LP Dumoulin and Jason Hathaway on the final restart. "The pass with Alex [Tagliani] was a little bit tough because it was almost one [racing] line here," Ranger said. "He did a little mistake and I was able to take him in [Turn] 3." Dumoulin and Hathaway waged a battle throughout the last two laps of the race for second and Dumoulin came out ahead, followed by Hathaway, J.R. Fitzpatrick aand D. Nike Air Max Online. J. Kennington. Joey McColm, Larry Jackson, Scott Steckly, rookie Stefan Rzadzinski and Noel Dowler completed the top 10. Fitzpatrick, Kennington and Steckly were all two laps down at different points during the race and rallied back for top-10 finishes. Tagliani, who won the pole position for the race earlier in the day, finished 13th. He led a career-high 268 laps. Fitzpatrick and Dumoulin are now tied for the season points lead after four races at 162 apiece while Rangers back-to-back wins have bumped him up to third, 12 tallies behind the co-leaders. Dumoulin has finished top-five in all four races this year, two more than any other driver. "Thats our first podium on an oval, and the guys have been working really hard," Dumoulin said after finishing second. "We were within sight for the last run. I knew being in second was not a good spot for the restart at the end, obviously we had to fight for that spot, but we kept our head up and made it happen." Ranger now shares the Canadian Tire Series career wins record with Kennington. That accomplishment came one week after he tied Fitzpatrick for the series all-time poles mark at 14. The race was slowed by 11 cautions for 94 laps, including two red flags.
